Payment will be increased from £80 to £120 and £40 to £60 respectively if not paid in full by the 31st October 2011 - Payment should be given to your Captain or the Treasurer and cheques made payable to "Nottingham Players Hockey Club"
NB - Under 18s relate to those playing senior hockey only

Junior Section
Junior subs are £60 per season and cover all training and matches
Payment is to be made in 2 instalments - £30 in September and £30 the following January
A reduction of 25% - £15 will be given for the 2nd (and additional child) from the same family
