ClubsFirst is England Hockey Board's club accreditation scheme

It is the”kite mark” for clubs that can demonstrate that they are working towards minimum operating standards (MOS)

ClubsFirst is aligned with the Sport England Clubmark accreditation, recognised nationally by NGBs, local government, education and the sporting industry

In its simplest terms, the process will ensure that our club has a “safe effective and child friendly” club environment

Part of our ClubsFirst requirement is to develop and deliver a 5 year plan :-

Increase the number of men’s senior teams from 4 to 5 
Improve the playing level of all men’s senior teams 
Create a senior men’s veterans team 
Create a senior men’s indoor team 
Create a senior mixed team 
Create a senior ladies section
Create junior teams at under 9, 11,13 and 15 
Increase number and quality of coaches
Increase number of umpires
Run regular monthly socials
Increase number of members in management positions
